Prometix understands that raising a problem ticket should be a pleasant experience for our customers.
We support following different ways for logging a support call -
- Email – Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The priority of the call will be classified by our support staff and responded to based on the appropriate response and resolution timeframe
- Self Service Support Portal – This support portal - (Prometix Care) is available to our clients where support calls can be logged. For your convenience this can be accessed on your computer or through any mobile device. The portal also contains details of previous calls to provide a support history for the client
- Phone – Call your account manager for urgent support calls. Note that following this call an email will be required to confirm the call and provide further details for support staff.
